Zeker wil ik graag meewerken om het probleem op te lossen.
1) S/W Ver.
(Firmware version at the moment is 03.20.04)
2) Reproducibility
Not so hard to reproduce, problem exists when watching a channel, especialy Sat1, a long time (above aprox. 30 minutes) and changing from that channel to another channel with the channel button, also changing channel with the list button makes the tv restart. It looks as if aggitating the remote to change channel or even go into options makes the tv reboot, Problems seem not to conflict other channels at the time. For instance I havent had the reboot problem with our national, dutch channels and I watch for instance Comedy central for hours and hours and the problem does not exist.
3) Detail Scenario when happened (if there exist)
- Just try to jump another channel from German Channel (sat1)??
Will do that and will report back about that. But as for now i can say that either changing the channel up or down with the remote and channel button has the same result: reboot of the tv, after the reboot the channel remains Sat1.
4) connection state with external link (DVR / Network / … etc.)
At the time the error occurred wifi was connected (tv was connected to wifi from day one), at one time there was an external HD connected on USB port 1 of the tv but problem also occurs with wifi only. Havent try'd disconnecting wifi as i dont know if and how this is possible in the settings menu. At my network at home, I have 2 phones 1 tablet and a laptop connected. All smartshare options of the tv are set as default by LG.
I would like to note that yesterday my girlfriend was watching Sat1 again, there where commercials and she went out for a little while, the remote was out of my reach, so i used my lg remote app to connect and change te channel, while searching for connection the TV rebooted, reboot looks like the "solve software of firmware problems reboot" you can manualy do in the settings menu of the TV.
ANY CLUES would be helpful to us.
Thank you for your generous help.
