You have to MANUAL tell the box what settings to use.
The option "RGB" should at least work for you're TV.
Else try the other 2.

yes, the UPC engineer also tried this when he came over. It is now the beginning of March and still no software update. UPC aren't exactly rolling them out quickly. This problem has been known since Sept 2012.
