For those of you who are still experiencing the issue (audio hiccup via PVR functionality/trickplay) it is quite perplexing that you are still having this issue considering the testing procedures we undertook. We are investigating the matter further and hope to provide you an update within the coming week or 2.

7140 hangs complete since Ziggo 579 update regularly

Hello STB Team,

I have the C7140 for almost 1 year, never had any problems.
But since 3 weeks after installing the update, the systems hangs 3 to 4 times per evening, the only solution is power it off, wait for couple minutes and turn it on.
I noticed sometimes my HDD is niet beschikbaar after the restart

I did a reset to factory default, reconfigured the system but this had no effect.

The Product information show these details.

Laatste software update : ----/--/--

The C7140 is not becoming warm,
At the moment I'm not satified about the system anymore.
I hope the problem can be solved asap.

This is unfortunate news and we believe it is best to contact our service center 0900 SAMSUNG and inform them of this issue. They will ask you to mail your box to them for a repair. Apologies for the inconvenience.
