Thanks for the support and kind words. We will do our utmost to communicate and respond to you all accordingly. Should you find that we havent responded to you within a sufficient time frame, please send us a PM message.
For those of you who are still experiencing the issue (audio hiccup via PVR functionality/trickplay) it is quite perplexing that you are still having this issue considering the testing procedures we undertook. We are investigating the matter further and hope to provide you an update within the coming week or 2.
