Upgrade?

Does anyone know (short of calling Chello's useless support) how I can find out if it's possible to upgrade my connection speed... I'm hoping to upgrade to chello plus (upload snelheid 512 Kbps download snelheid 4608 Kbps) ...


IIRC there was a site that allowed you to enter your postcode and it would list what you could have...

Any ideas?
