Two weeks ago UPC phones me

The guy on the phone told me that my problems would be fixed somewhere between mid March and the April 1st.

The speeds are not that bad.. it could be better, true

Latency is fine for just surfing, downloading, mail ect. But for gaming i guess it can be anoying.
Perhaps is an xDSL line for gaming/back-up something for you ?

You have for less then € 20,00 month a fine and stable adsl connection, and perfect for gaming.

Beetje off-topic, maar waarom kan je niet gewoon in Nederlands typen?

Omdat cx-ray engels is dacht ik, alhoewel die wel nederlands kan lezen.

Misschien zou het handig zijn als cx-ray in zijn signature de melding zou opnemen dat hij wel Nederlands kan lezen. Niet iedereen is hier namelijk van op de hoogte.

UPC advertises their lines for gaming as well: They should man up and deliver what they've sold me.

I don't get the problem. You get 120 mbit download and 10 mbit upload in the morning. In the night only the upload speed is lower. But still very acceptable for online gaming.

Sorry wist niet dat je ook gemakkelijk Nederlands kon lezen. @Zeth; ik kon het niet ruiken.

Klopt en mee eens, helaas is dat vaak in de praktijk anders. Dus nogmaals is een el-cheapo xDSL lijn ook niet wat voor je? Ik weet niet of er xDSL providers zijn die per maand opzegbaar zijn, anders kan dat misschien iets zijn tot UPC die meuk gefixed heeft. Of ligt er misschien glas waar jij woont ?

Zijn latency is niet stabiel
