tv settings for ziggo

Hello,

I have Ziggo internet +TV but I couldn't able to set TV. It is 60KS8000 Samsung SUHD TV. Ziggo call center provided the information in below but I do not know where to enter it in TV.

frequency 164000
symbol rate 6900
network ID 4444

I will appreciate if you pls.help me.

If a google this tv I do not get any Dutch( or europeeen) sites with info about this tv, so iI Persume you bought this tv in your home country, unfortunately digital tv is not the same in every county of the world, I do not think you can get it to work as a stand alone tv is the netherlands

MAYBEE you can get it to work wuth a setup box, but i am sure that wil work.

I have bought it when I was living in Turkey. But TV is available. I am sure TV is/was available for Europe but I think model name was different. It is still available in US. TV should be suitable for each country I already moved the TV to factory settings. All apps are Dutch now.

So your TV has a analog and a DVB-t tuner, no DVB-c tuner. The latter is what you would need.

If you want the view the digital channels from the Ziggo network, you need a media box.
No CI+ module because that won't work due to the lack of a DVB-c tuner.
A media box will connect to the TV with HDMI and can be rent from Ziggo.

Johnny, i doubt you are right, i think there IS a dvb-c tuner. Africa, this guy bought it in Turkey....ya know thats EU/middle East.

It is Turkish but VAR means AVALIABLE, so it has DVB-C Tuner in it.

I think it's beter to ask a neighbor or family to help you. Maybe even ask for a Turkish speaking mechanic. I don't think you understand the differences between Turkey and The Netherlands when it comes to Digital Television.

thanks but before make this comment and any comparison between countries , you need to be test and see the very high quality of internet and digital television in Turkey.
