Het beeld op de TV met de horizon box, staat regelmatig stil (met name RTL 4,5)
Het geluid gaat dan wel door of wordt ineens heel snerpend. Op andere ontvanger is het beeld ook blokkerig, maar op de Horizon box is het bijna onmogelijk om TV te kijken.
Als ik in mijn modem kijk naar het Docsis signaal, zie ik hele hoge FEC waardes
Monteer is pas langs geweest omdat we eerst alleen dit probleem hadden met replay TV, maar nu dus op meerdere TV en bijna altijd.
Alle hulp is welkom om Ziggo in de juiste richting te duwen voor een oplossing.
