Problemen Arres Modem

Begin November is na problemen met de bekende ''stoeptegel'' dit
modem vervangen door Arres Modem.

En de problemen nog altijd niet verholpen.Telefoon gaat hier 1 x
over en de beller hoort vervolgens storing en verbinding valt weg.

Monteur langsgeweest,heeft buiten in de grijze kast e.a.a. gedaan.
Ging ff paar dagen goed en ja hoor weer storing.

Zijn er meer forumleden die dit hebben meegemaakt en zo ja
hoe is e.e.a. opgelost.

Ben benieuwd naar reakties.
 
had ook dat probleem zat hem in de witte coax kabel die naar de modem liep zat er niet goed op gemaakt
 
ik zou eens de modemwaardes uitlezen via 192.168.100.1 en die hier posten dan is te zien of het signaal slecht is

deze signaalsterktes lijken naar behoren te zijn alhoewel je downstream power level wel erg hoog ligt maar dat mag normaal niet al te veel uitmaken met een dergelijk SNR

Je zou voor de zekerheid een keer de coax kabels, splitters ed kunnen checken om te zien of dat power level wat naar beneden te krijgen is. Verder is het belangrijk dat de kabel tussen het punt van binnekomst en de modem niet langer dan 1 meter is
