Many torrent(servers) download sites are down

hey did anyone notice that many torrent servers are down?  :-[
it happend thursday round 3 o clock (GMT+1 time) there was a guy who gave the adresses of all the server places in the netherlands, germany, belgium and more countrys for less punish (punish in VS is 100.000 + 5 years jail)

anyone who heard or has more information about this?

all the servers I know still do function......
