Sorry to write in Eng... but I need your help.
I send this e-mail to chello today ([email protected])
"Dear All,
I have sent this request on Monday and until now I have not received any written answer. I called today your services and spoke with Mr. xxxxx xxxxx about my problem and he advised me to send you another email requesting for this information once more.
As he informed me, according to the Dutch law and the UPC rules, you do not provide any client information without court permission and a proper log into the authorities. This company is claiming that when they to the trace to the IP they mention, it comes directly to my address and even provides them with my personal details (name/address/date of birth/etc). Are you allowed to give this information to anyone who just requests? Have you received any Court or police request to verify any IP or involving my name?
They are saying that they have received an email from a Hotmail account and they can see directly from the send address the senders information (full information), how come this is possible? It sounds to me a little bit naïf from their side or just a wish to blame me for something that I have not committed. If this is possible than the criminology through the web, would be immediately eliminated. The only system I know it is possible to trace like that is the “Echelon” but even that is used by the NSA, and we are far away of this possibility, it is only a Spam.
Could you please, be so kind to give me the just the list of my IP’s, or something as I can show what is my IP address is? I know what IP I have “xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx” but something official from my provider would be better.

is why I'm trying to hunt him/She/They... the sender of this anonymous (Hotmail account) e-mails. Well can be anonymous e-mail account … but he/she/they forgot to hide the IP or maybe not!
