vrijdag is het modem vervangen voor een motorola SBV5121E
router is een sweex RO 002

modem is vrijdag nieuw uit de doos gekomen (door monteur ook aangesloten en aangemeld)
omdat ik eerst puur alleen met een laptop direct op modem werkte en toch internet weg viel
gelukkig zat ik op dat moment met de helpdesk van Ziggo

na wat verder doorgelezen te hebben in diverse draadjes
heb ik net de firmware van de router geupdate
hoop dat dit een hoop oplost

wel vaag trouwens , router reset en dan toch ander ip nummer hebben
als ik modem reset kan ik dat wel begrijpen
maar bij de router :?::?::?::?::?::?:?:?:?:?

Bij een modem reset kan je geen ander ip-adres krijgen omdat je ip-adres niet door je modem bepaald wordt.

Het IP-adres wat je krijgt is afhankelijk van de computer of router die eraan hangt. Het MAC-adres bepaalt je ip-adres. Als je een andere computer aansluit op het modem en daarna het modem reset en die nieuwe computer opstart, zul je een ander ip-adres hebben. Wanneer een router niet goed werkt en bijvoorbeeld het MAC adres wisselt zul je ook steeds een ander ip-adres krijgen.

dan zal het mijn router geweest zijn die niet naar behoren werkte
want na elk modem reset kreeg ik een ander ip nummer
geen internet , modem reset , ander ip nummer en wel internet
vandaar dat ik aan het modem dacht
