(in English) opening screen Samsung almost empty

Hi, thanks for reading this in English, I can read and speak Dutch, I just prefer to write in English.

The opening screen on my Samsung UE55F9000SL is almost completely empty.

Normally there would be one large image (one channel in real time) and 12 small images (displaying 6 channels 'now' and 6 images displaying 'coming up'). The larger image shows one channel (in real time) and displays correctly.

This issue happened today where in Brabant Ziggo expanded their service; I was forced to set up my TV (as I did when I first bought it).

Should I assume this is a Ziggo issue and not my issue per se? I clearly see 'TV-Ziggo' in the upper right corner of that opening screen. The Guide information is complete, all my apps have loaded, it's just the opening screen that is incomplete.

That was the solution, instead of Ziggo I chose UPC and now the opening screen is as it should be.
