Vorig jaar rond deze tijd heb ik heir ook een post geplaatst. Het probleem is mijn Cisco EPC3925, die willekeurig het upstream channel verloor en na een poosje resette. Dit gebeurde dan in een uur soms wel 10x. Geloof me, als je een onlien spelletje doet en je bent ook nog eens degene die het spel host (leidt) is het echt schijt- en schijtirritant als je router er continu met de pet naar gooit.
Ik heb toen gebeld met Ziggo en precies op het moment dat ik op het punt stond een monteur te laten komen, hield het resetten op. Ik ging ervan uit dat het wat magie was die de ziggo webcare had toegepast.
Heel lang deed ie t prima maar sinds afgelopen week is de ***********ellende weer begonnen.
Wat moet ik nu doen?
Ik heb hier de DOCSIS log, dan kun je zien wat er precies gebeurt als het kloteapparaat uitvalt. Zeg me aub hoe ik dit oplos want het 10x in 1 uur resetten is weer begonnen ...... .!
