Hallo,
Sinds het zware onweer van afgelopen donderdagnacht heb ik problemen met mijn Cisco EPC3928AD modem. Om de haverklap valt de verbinding weg van zowel telefoon als computers. DS, US en Online lampjes gaan uit, knipperen en gaan weer aan. DS en US soms groen, soms oranje. Daarvoor heeft het modem sinds de installatie vijf maanden terug perfect gewerkt.
Gister gedurende 10 minuten stroom van modem gehaald. Bijgevoegd de logging tot nu toe.
Ligt dit probleem aan het modem of kan er door het onweer bij Ziggo iets mis zijn gegaan.
