Chello news server problem

hello,

i'm having a problem with the chello newsserver, i connect to: news.arnhem.chello.nl and everytime i subscribe to a newsgroup and try to download msg's it only shows a few msg's and all binaries appear as incomplete. why is this?

is it something with my settings? connection? please help.
