Eerst denk je .....simpele output:

TCP/Web100 Network Diagnostic Tool v5.3.3a
click START to begin

running 10s outbound test (client to server) . . . . . 810.61Kb/s
running 10s inbound test (server to client) . . . . . . 114.47kb/s
Your PC is connected to a Cable/DSL modem
Information: Other network traffic is congesting the link

The NDT server has a 8192.0 KByte buffer which limits the throughput to 454.31 Mbps
Your PC/Workstation has a 250.0 KByte buffer which limits the throughput to 13.91 Mbps
The network based flow control limits the throughput to 0.31 Mbps

------ Web100 Detailed Analysis ------
Cable modem/DSL/T1 link found.
Link set to Full Duplex mode
Information: throughput is limited by other network traffic.
Good network cable(s) found
Normal duplex operation found.

Web100 reports the Round trip time = 148.79 msec; the Packet size = 1452 Bytes; and
There were 21 packets retransmitted, 34 duplicate acks received, and 42 SACK blocks received
The connection stalled 5 times due to packet loss
The connection was idle 1.8 seconds (18.0%) of the time
This connection is network limited 99.89% of the time.
Contact your local network administrator to report a network problem
Contact your local network admin and report excessive packet reordering

Excessive packet loss is impacting your performance, check the auto-negotiate function on your local PC and network switch

Web100 reports TCP negotiated the optional Performance Settings to:
RFC 2018 Selective Acknowledgment: ON
RFC 896 Nagle Algorithm: ON
RFC 3168 Explicit Congestion Notification: OFF
RFC 1323 Time Stamping: OFF
RFC 1323 Window Scaling: OFF
Information: Network Middlebox is modifying MSS variable
Server IP addresses are preserved End-to-End
Client IP address not found. For IE users, modify the Java parameters
click Tools - Internet Options - Security - Custom Level, scroll down to
Microsoft VM - Java permissions and click Custom, click Java Custom Settings
Edit Permissions - Access to all Network Addresses, click Eanble and save changes

Dit zie ik

Probeer deze eerst is... https://www.speedguide.net/files/TCPOptimizer.exe .... want deze staan nog allemaal disabled :

RFC 3168 Explicit Congestion Notification: OFF
RFC 1323 Time Stamping: OFF
RFC 1323 Window Scaling: OFF

Ik heb geen idee hoe ik
RFC 3168 Explicit Congestion Notification: OFF
RFC 1323 Time Stamping: OFF

op On kan krijgen

RFC 1323 Time Stamping: OFF    -->
SG TCP proggie starten, custom settings, TimeStamp en blackhole detect aanzetten en applyen

Die andere zoek ik ff uit! ;)
