In het verleden gebruikte ik de Slingbox HD PRO op een aparte modem. Dit zonder problemen.
Tegenwoordig heb ik de Ziggo TC7210, maar ik krijg de slingbox niet operationeel. Melding van de slingbox site:
Your Slingbox is not currently accessible. Possible causes are:
it could be in the middle of an update
It could be turned off
It may have a local network issue
It may be unable to connect to our back end services
Your router may have an issue.
Ik heb de kabels goed aangesloten = hetzelfde als voorheen in de oude situatie.
Kunt u me helpen hoe ik dit probleem kan oplossen?
